Call for Abstracts

ICP4SANDI 2025 welcomes abstract submissions from scientists, researchers, and engineers in all sectors, including academia, healthcare, government and industry.

Outstanding presentations will be recognised with Best Presentation Awards.

  • Spectral and imaging technologies for precision farming

  • Nanophotonics and plasmonics for biosensing and nanofabrication

Photonics for Diagnostic Imaging
  • Confocal, hyperspectral, OCT, and terahertz imaging systems
  • Multimodal diagnostics for biomedical and environmental applications

Photonics in Additive Manufacturing
  • Laser-based and light-assisted 3D printing techniques

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Requirements

  • Each author may only submit ONE abstract – the submitting author will be the presenter by default.
  • Submitted abstracts must fall under one of the four major conference topics (see above), and be based on original research by the author.
  • Abstracts must be prepared in English using the given Word template, and follow the guidelines specified in the template.
  • Abstracts must be emailed in PDF format to d-cole@ntu.edu.sg with the subject line "ICP4SANDI 2025 Abstract Submission" by 12 September 2025.
  • Submitted abstracts are deemed to have received consent from all authors for their submission and presentation at the conference.
  • Authors are responsible for data confidentiality and sensitivity considerations related to public sharing at this conference.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel presentations, reject and remove abstracts that are found to be problematic in nature (e.g. duplicated, unoriginal etc.), or in case of any dispute.

Notification

  • Authors will be notified via email about the outcome of their abstract submission, their presentation format, and thematic category.
  • Registration for the conference is mandatory for presenters with accepted abstracts. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a presentation and remove the corresponding abstract if registration is not completed by 10 October 2025.
  • All decisions made by the Organiser regarding acceptance, presentation type, and category are final.
